- Create, manage and lead all published social media campaigns

- Plan and execute company events, conferences and sponsorship events for the organization
- Provides day-to-day support to the Marketing team - Work closely with the Marketing Manager and team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and plans
- Lead retail projects, branch inaugurations and branch promotions (such as holiday carnival, spin the wheel etc.)
Job Profile: Entrusted with multi-tasks:
• Responsible for providing a full range of administrative and HR support.
• Creating, managing and uploading training manuals.
• Authored training manuals and rolled out daily training program for department staff on topics ranging from professional business conduct, communication etiquette, and job expertise and sometimes conducted a Con-Call training (India/Dubai & Sharjah Branch staff) working closely with trainers to ensure training materials are prepared in time for course delivery.
• Liaising with all the training delegates, team leaders and Managers in the administration of on-line learning, pre-course work & ensure all administrative training documents are prepared for each course within the business
• Prepared FAQ (question & Answers) for the staff to ease their work
• As an administrator prepared interview questions with the help of concern department heads selected candidates and conducted preliminary interviews thru phone and forward the candidate to the concern departmental Manager.
• Organize Travel Coordinators tasked to facilitate the employee with visa; booking ticket and sending ok to board; arranging temporary stay in the hotel etc.
• Working closely with other employees in advertising to produce collateral and other marketing tools for the sales.
• Assists in dealing with suppliers to get quotations and to forward them the required job requests.
• Talking to media agencies and setting up meetings for the CEO and the Marketing Director.
• Follow-up with the media agencies and online promotional sites for the company's advertising needs.
• Assisting the manager to analyze data that has to be published online.
• Helping the marketing team to arrange promotional events.
• Verify and clear monthly and fortnightly bills of different Air France vendors (except GGI)
• Dispatch approved bills to the concerned departments or persons

• Sending FORECAST by 1st day of every month to Del City office with details of bills above Rs 100000/-
• Sending Catering forecast by 1st of every month
• Order Pantry and housekeeping items and stationery for the office.

• Make FD (vouchers) for any cash transaction done locally
• Telephonic / email communication with different authorities or AF vendors if necessary
• Keep a tab on the local stationery and replenish as and when required.
• Requesting for DDs from DEL CTO for different needs as AEP application, INAD penalty, etc.
• Follow up for the AEP application for AF staff on mission
• Dispatch JAC files after taking approval from Manager
• Follow up on the tasks given by Manager
• Timely action and follow up on e mails
• Settlement of INAD penalty and maintain the respective folder
• Making hotel reservation for AF staff on duty or for STPC pax.
• Verification of the fortnightly/monthly reports sent
