Working as an Electrical Engineer in Hazm Mebaireek General Hospital for electrical equipment maintenance ensuring that all electrical equipment’s in the hospital runs smoothly.
Responsible for overall Operation & Maintenance of the 415/230V electrical distribution network system. Including LV system, UPS system, CBS system, IPS system, Generator, Motor, Substation equipment, and other electrical equipment’s.
Coordinating with technicians and subcontractors against agreed key performance indicators for maintenance of Elevators, Generator, UPS, CBS, IPS and Panels,
Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults perform electrical trouble shooting and root cause analysis of electrical equipment failure.
Keep records of all stock and supplies, maintenance and repair costs, incidents and procedures, Operations & Maintenance manuals of all electrical systems.
Ensure testing and measuring tools are calibrated and properly functioning.
Distributing the weekly workorders CM’s and PPM’s to the team to ensure their duty man-hours are occupied by the work.
Ensuring all the maintenance workorders generated by the system must be closed within a week to generate next week work order.

Earth pit Resistance Measurement, Lightning Protection testing
Inspection and verification of Electrical Equipment’s in compliance with International Standards of IEC and IEEE and Kahramaa.
Preparing the reports for the Electrical Equipment’s with comments that need to be rectified to fully compliance with the certified standards
Verification of the electrical equipment’s according to it’s Operational & Maintenance Manuals, As- Built Verification
Certifying with Velosi certification by submitting the report and rectifying all the faults found in the electrical equipment’s.

Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components, and installations, modification, and quality assurance.
Creating maintenance procedures by CAFM in compliance with SFG 20 and O and M manuals with Kahramaa & IEEE standards for all electrical systems.
Keep records of all stock and supplies, maintenance and repair costs, incidents and procedures, Operations & Maintenance manuals of all electrical systems.
Ensure testing and measuring tools are calibrated and properly functioning.
Prepare & analyze Daily /monthly/ weekly maintenance service reports,
Manage budgets, contract documents, tendering, maintenance SOPs.
Worked in an Electrical Industry that Manufactures Electrical Electronics Equipment’s for the Industries. The equipment’s were Switchgears, HV, MV, LV panels, all type of Transformers, Circuit breakers, Relays, Isolators, VFD panels, Capacitor banks, Electrical Energy Meters and miscellaneous equipment’s manufactured in compliance with NFPA, IEC & IEEE standards.
