Qater Shell Gas To Liquid (GTL) Process Plant as Supervisor & Senior Instrument Technician in Utility, Liquid processing Unit (LPU), Feed Gas processing (FGP) & Tank Farm. Contract hire through Kentz and KBR .
Commissioning, Dynamic Test, startup, Shutdown activities, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (CM & PM ) of all the Instruments in the Boilers, Gas Turbines (NUOVO PIGNONE), Heat Recovery Steam Generators, Steam Turbine Generators, Desalination, Emergency Diesel Generators, Centrifugal and Reciprocating Compressors, FIRE and GAS System.. Functional test DCS, IPS & FGS logics, IPF Test (Cause and Effect). Prepare all drawings and documents as well as as-built documentation for accurate recording of completed scopes of work and current technical status of equipment. Co-ordination between various parties involved in the commissioning like Shell, JK, Honeywell, Kentz, Entropie, Endress-Hausser and GE. Conduct analysis of risks and incidents and ensure prompt response to avoid escalation of the problem. Flow serve control valve trim modification, Igniter servicing, Enraf level Calibration, Control valve tuning .
