Identifying and evaluate the strategic, tactical, operational and environmental planning variables. Preparation of schedules, charts, reports and plans for project, manufacturing planning, and maintenance planning
Preparation of budgetary planning to identify the planned expenditures required achieving the objectives. Preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly production plans. Periodic updating / review of schedules, charts and plans.
Inter departmental coordination for activities routing the design spec., arranging the materials, material handling etc. ISO 9001 quality system - Implementation & Documentation
