• Preparing Sales Orders, Releasing Orders against Purchase Orders in Oracle ERP
• Preparing and applying Bank Guarantees against Tenders and Contracts.
• Receiving Bank Guarantees, recording and validating.
• Receiving Bank Advice, Credit notes and updating in database.
• Preparing Sales order against customer purchase order in ERP oracle system.
• Receiving Tenders and Purchase Orders and distributing to the concerned divisions.
• Following up with departments on the status of Quotations or Tenders.
• Handling queries.
Preparing the database reports of Vehicles.
• Daily entry of Transportation reports like truck movement, receiving and issuing items, daily missions, truck used etc.
• Updating Employee information’s the department.
• Making and sending daily processing of MRO’s reports to the top level management
• Tracking in gate and out gate of Containers to the Yard.
• Maintaining Employees time sheets and reporting attendance to the management.
• Sending Meals & Transportation requests for Eastern Employees to Host nation.
• Processing Army Access Badges application for the Employees.
• Preparing other employee related reports for the management.
• Coordinating and communicating with other departments and management for the smooth operation of Department activities.
• Filing the required documents according to the Standard Filing procedures.
• Over all administration support to the department and employees.
