•Reporting to Accounts Manager & Treasury Manager.
•Prepare information for both external/internal audits
•Prepare information for Weekly Revenue Reports & Expense Reports.
•Monitoring of costs for various projects on a monthly basis.
•Preparation of month end reports, P&L and Balance sheet Analysis.
•Preparation/processing and review of reconciliations (i.e. accrued liabilities, prepayments, capital in progress, depreciation generation) on a monthly basis and journal entries analysis.
•Ensuring invoices are accounted on time, processing monthly payables as per the credit terms, following up and liaise with suppliers and internal departments for accounting, processing and payment related queries. Reconciliation of suppliers accounts on quarterly basis
•Processing of subcontractors payment certificates and reconciliation of Subcontractors Accounts
•Preparation and Analysis of bank reconciliation statements for various banks.
Analysis of Internal Income and Internal Expenses.
•Performing a variety of accounting duties involving spreadsheet analysis (Creditors/Debtors Ageing, Subcontract Advance payment, Retention Payables, Fixed Assets and Other Incomes).
•Preparing bonds & liaison with the bank for the same.
•Monthly analysis and issuance of cost reports for various sites.
•Preparation of fund flow position on a weekly basis.
•Preparation of monthly Liability Report for various sites & monthly KPI report for the company.
•Automate reports within the ERP system.
•Preparation of additional reports when required.
•Experience with working in ERP packages.

•Reporting to Accounts General Manager.
•Performing general accounting and bookkeeping tasks, processing accounts payable.
•Assisting in payroll calculation, expenses, advances, deduction, etc;
•Prepare Bank reconciliation & Creditors reconciliation.
•Facilitating audits, liaison with Auditors for resolving queries.
•Performing accounts receivable activities like calling up clients for payments, leasing with operations department to sort out any quires or dispute pertaining to invoices.
•Preparing P&L statement & Balance Sheet.
•Interaction with Banks and Sales Agents.
•Liaise with third party logistics provider for order picking.
•Organize transport & send invoices and any required legal documents for shipment to client.
•Develop Customer Supply Relationship with clients in order to fully understand day to day requirements.
•Planning outbound shipments & setting up dispatch timing.

•Reporting to Revenue Supervisor
•Auditing of cargo airways bills and generating additional revenue for unbilled items.
•Mail Accounting - Billing the General Post Office for the parcels & letters carried for them by the airlines as per agreement between Singapore Airlines and respective GPO.
