• Lead a team of HSE Engineers of PMC for three Projects.
• Review & approve the HSE Plan and procedures of main contractors.
• Raising corrective action request as and when required.
• Drafting wise and tough letters to CONTRACTORS.
• Lead Auditor, conduct the audit and prepare report.
• Convey and convince managers about the HSE requirements, statutory requirements & UAE Regulations.
• Monitor trend analysis and prepare presentations as well as Training.
• Ensure safe procedures are followed at site by initiating a planned active monitoring system through the
