Responsibilities:
• Firewall Security includes centralized security management, intelligence logging and reporting as well as internet security appliance.
• Monitor the security of critical systems (e.g. Email server, Database server etc.) and changes to highly sensitive computer security controls to ensure appropriate system administrative actions, investigate and report on note irregularities.
• Configurations & settings in the CYBEROAM Firewall provide the proper security to all insider and outsider.
• Responsible to look after Firewall Security management and provide secondary/Passive Firewall if in case one is damaged or bring an issue.
• Handle all of the issues with Firewall Security and manage all of the users with respect to the Firewall Security.
• Configuring the Cisco switch such as upgrading IOS, creating VLAN, configuring IP address to connect remotely and troubleshooting of it.
• Perform physical tasks - rack and stack, cabling Ethernet and fiber, and rack management, inventory/stock and maintenance.
• Provide all level of the security to the End Users and Clients who are remote users or in the Parental building of Company.
• Configuring the Cisco Switches and Routers to give security for the user clients, Mac Binding, access list and implement rules along with initial configurations.
• Works in the environment where each of the users could be able to cross through firewall and is to purpose not to allow any other unknown traffic.
• Install, configure, and initiate Microsoft Exchange servers, software, and any required equipment including issues about MS Outlook.
• Works on the proper Networking base such as Cabling, Ducking and grounded networking cable and that includes Rj45 connectors and Fiber Optics Uplinks.
• Perform all tasks necessary to fulfill service level agreements regarding Exchange-based messaging and collaboration availability and security; including those involving user accounts, shared folders/calendars, mailing lists, and Outlook Web Access
• Implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure Exchange server security through secure access, monitoring, control, and routine security evaluations.
• Maintenance and Monitors the Domain Controller not limited to storage Disk, Tasks and errors.
• Manage the Group Policy and Organizations units in the Active Directory.
• Experience with purchasing of accessories and equipment of Network Devices and Systems.
• Daily Monitors ENTERPRISE VAULT Backup Exec with the notifications.
• Responsible to replace the Tapes from the Tape Library and initialize Tape on both ways.
• Works closely with System Engineering, field Service Engineering and MIS departments in development, testing and implementation of new solutions.
• Performs all necessary upgrades for all software and hardware components of Enterprise Backup Infrastructure (firmware, Operating Systems, upgrades, etc.).
• Provide on call Support for systems & user outages.
• Provide support on demand for our Branch Buildings.
