 Responsible for incident management process
 OSPF, MPLS, BGP, IS-IS, VLAN troubleshooting skills.
 Capable to work on 2590, 35xx, 45xx, 65xx series switches and 26xx, 28xx, 36xx, and 72xx, 9k(IOS-XR) Series Routers.
 Responsible for providing 24x7 1st -line/2nd-Line support for Dawiyat MPLS Core Network
 Proactive Monitoring of alarms and trouble tickets
 Reactive Monitoring of network events as escalated and reported by end-users.
 Updating trouble tickets with accurate diagnostic information
 Monitoring of Cisco DWDM Optical Nodes NCS-2006 through Cisco Transport Controller software.
 Monitor Business Customer Access part Calix OLT through SMX tool.
 Managing Business Customer L2VPN/L3VPN Pseudowire circuits.

 Escalate faults to Second Line Support where necessary with relevant/ needed information updated in tickets.
 Network alarm Monitoring through the Cisco EPNM tool. Along with Bandwidth monitoring through CACTI graphing tool.
 Reporting Incident Management through Service Now ITSM tool & Change Management through Sapphire IMS
 Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Responsible for Monitoring Capacity utilization against thresholds.
 Responsible for identifying repeat incidents & creating problem records.
 Core Network traffic performance reporting to the customer.
 Maintaining SLA in teamwork for Edge, Distribution, and Core-Layer
 Daily temperature report preparation for core devices.
First Line/Second line Support: For escalating unresolved faults. For follow-up on open Trouble Tickets. For ensuring resolution details are updated in Trouble Tickets.
