To plan, coordinates and supervise the daily operations of the airport Terminal / Ramp and Aircraft area under my wing. Ensure the adequacy of staff to cover the work shifts of airport operations and security, prepare and maintain operational records.
-Assist in flight Coordination and supervision of VIP customers, crew members and general public upon arrival/departures. Provide necessary information regarding airport operations, airport rules and regulations and ensures compliance with same. -Communicate and coordinate on all ground level activities and maintain
-Daily user of sending Ground handling and Fuel requests worldwide.
-Hotel booking and transfer arrangements worldwide.
• Adhere to safety standards of the airport and maintain a smooth transition of passengers.
• Monitor a/c requirements during loading and offloading
• Quality check of all ground handling equipment’s as per required standards. Ensure all areas are free of FOD
• Supervise passenger disembarkation
• Coordinate with cargo, Ramp & passenger service supervisors for baggage claim as per LDM.
• On departure of the aircraft, ensure the equipment’s are removed and positioned in appropriate parking areas
• Liaise with Ground Service manager and Duty manager in case of any irregularities spotted.
• Ensure all flight departure documents are on board.
•To ensure that all activities related to the aircraft handling on the Ramp are completed safely and efficiently in accordance with the airline standards.
•Coordinate ATC for bay assignments.
•To pass the aircraft arrival/departure MVT to all the concerned departments.
•To do manual and follow me Marshalling and headset operation.
•Disembark / embark passengers ensuring safety measures.
•Loading / off-loading of the Pax baggage and Cargo.
•Provide all GSE and monitor quick turnaround.
•FOD collection on the Apron and Runway
•To prepare incident / accident reports.
•Capable to drive and operate all GS Equipment’s except push back.
