I started working here as a acting manager to manage the whole process of the factory. Managing factory activities with factory supervisor. Daily follow up with all departments and assign them tasks as per meeting with top management.
I Started my work in Prime Source as Back office technical sales, prepared estimation, BOQ and drawing for crane structure and detail drawing of girders. Later I was managing the whole process of the company like from enquiry stage to project hand over. I was doing technical clarification of the enquiry, visit sites if required for clear enquiry and specs. Prepare quotation, fabrication supervision and site supervisor.
