Scope: Design & Build a Reception Building, Kitchen Building, Rapid Ambulance Intervention Unit, and Associated Infrastructure.

As the Planning Engineer, I performed the following responsibilities:

1. Gathered timing data and formulated plans to schedule the complete scope of work, incorporating all construction phases and contractual terms and conditions.

2. Collaborated with Design Consultants, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Contractors to establish baseline critical path and progress measurement systems.

3. Created a robust Work Breakdown Structure to facilitate contractors in developing baseline schedules and progress measurement systems, ensuring seamless integration with company reporting systems.

4. Developed and managed comprehensive resource-loaded project schedules compliant with the execution strategy, contractual terms, and conditions to optimize productivity, adhere to established standards, and ensure accurate project timelines.

5. Produced high-quality presentation materials to effectively communicate plans and schedules to project teams and stakeholders.

6. Assisted the project team in evaluating reported progress and critical activity status, meticulously identifying deviations from planned.

As a Senior Planning Engineer in the Planning & Development department, my responsibilities included conducting detailed planning for the Infrastructure Works. This encompassed Land Development according to design specifications, utilizing Civil 3D software for real-time quantity computations to develop realistic schedules. I collaborated with the aforementioned departments to plan and coordinate the underground utilities, bridges, culverts, and building works.

Furthermore, I monitored the progress of schedules, generated comprehensive reports for all relevant stakeholders, and highlighted risks, opportunities, areas of concern, challenges, and remedial measures. I also developed detailed presentations with progress indicators and pictorial views for executive management to facilitate decision-making.
