Job Description:
 Developing/modifying/implementing policies/procedures in conjunction with business plans.
 Designing plans/strategies for Wok-Life-Balance (WLB), Affirmative Actions (AAP), Career Banding (CB), Employee Retention (ER), Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Employees Engagement (EE), Reducing Attrition etc.
 Proposing HR budgeting & succession planning for 70 employees of HR department.
 Strategic HR planning & manpower forecasting for 09 business divisions of Masood Group.
 Talent acquisition/management while focusing on EEO. Working in collaboration with line management to identify internal talents and high potential employees for future growth. Attract, Process, Educate, Empower, Engage and Retain the best performers.
 Maintaining and periodically evaluating effectiveness of recruitment process to enable most appropriate selection in terms of quality, organizational fit and attitude.
 Designing & implementing revised work flows for the optimization of human productivity under time and motion technique. Competency mapping, Job evaluation/analysis and right sizing etc.
 Acting as change agent by providing utmost support for the implementation of changes in operations for the organization development.
 Designing and implementing regular and refresher training & development programs /calendars for on job, off job, buyers etc. Pre/post training evaluation, measuring results and budgeting. Managing career development plans. Arranging sessions for wellbeing of employees in collaboration with PESSI /EOBI/Labor Office/Police/Civil defense and Department of health etc.
 Running 09 training schools in collaboration with (PSDF) Punjab Skills Development Fund.
 Ensuring equity/equality of compensation and benefits. Administering salary process, final settlements, leave encashment, transport, canteen, accommodation, EOBI, social security, life/health insurance, grants, Welfare fund, janitorial services etc.
 Managing performance appraisal systems; quarterly, annually, confirmations, career paths etc. Linking results of evaluations with training and development plans.
 Managing employee relations and maintenance of discipline. Grievance handling, Disciplinary actions, Disputes settlement and dealing with work council members etc.
 Responsible for all certifications under CSR function .i.e. BSCI, FCCA/CA and GSV/C TPAT etc.
 Maintaining close coordination & liaison with contractors, work council representatives & government bodies.
 Managing management meetings and events like Hajj & prize distribution ceremonies etc.
 HR Analysis, Presentations, Proposals, Organograms, Surveys and reports for top management.
