 My Prime responsibility as an ERP coordinator is to ensure the smooth execution of the ERP Project.
 Participating in the planning and strategic execution of the project.
 Has played an important role in Business Process (BP) reengineering especially for designing and defining the business processes.
 Converting the flowcharts of the BP processes to technical writeup documentation.
 Following up the ERP document approvals like FRD, FDD, Fit Gap, Future State BP etc.
 Dynamically participates in analyzing, verifying and testing the SharePoint processes developed by the software implementer.
 Coordinating with the ERP consultants and the company users to solve their functional as well as technical issues.
 Review project management documents like project status report, MOM’s etc. and provide feedback to the ERP PM, also and track project performance against project plan.
 Follow up for the project deliverables with the software implementer.
 Attend project status meetings, weekly status meeting with ERP consultants.
 Participate in Risk Management Workshop
