As an Pre-Commissioning Engineer preparation of test Procedures for all electrical equipments like SwitchGear(MV, LV), MCC, UPS, Transformers, Motors etc. Trouble Shooting of MCC control System, SwitchGear & Motors. Preparing Pre-Commisiioning Plans, testing and implementation as per the Schedule. assiting vendors for Testing of Switchgear, MCC, DP, UPS, Battery etc. Organizing the Motor Solo run & Load test. Preparation of Test Packages for electrical Systems.
AS an Electrical QC.
Implementing QA/QC activities including those of sub-contractors works in accordance with approved QCP /ITPs and Procedures, method statements and other Project/contract documents. Preparing and signoff applicable records for quality surveillance, inspections, tests.Inspecting and maintaining records of Testing Equipment calibration.Maintaining quality records for material receiving & equipment installation, assisting in the preparation of Hand over package, dossiers. Ensuring availability of appropriate version of applicable work documents such as Drawings, Specifications and Standards, Witness procedures, tests and certify the results as per approved QCP/ITP. Reporting Quality activities, monitoring performance indicators related respective discipline. Assisting in Auditing - internal and external, and following up and preparation of corrective actions. Providing sufficient feedback to Quality Manager on day to day quality issues.
