>> Assisting on the Release activity, which requires the traffic redirect on LTM & GTM Level as per the Release Schedule & plan.
>> Communicate effectively with Symantec employees, Opening tickets & working in congestion with external service providers for various circuits related outages and escalating non resolved tickets.
>> Coordinating with F5 for any hardware related issues on F5 LTM, GTM.
>> Handling all type of load balancer (F5) related configurations and incidents as current role for me on this project is F5 load balancer SME.
>> Configure & troubleshoot all VPN related issues in ASA firewalls.
>> Implement & verify rules in checkpoint firewalls based on customer requirement.
>> Performing all network diagnostics on core network reported faults based on the reported incidents or triggered alerts in order to resolve the incidents.
>> Maintain the customer relationship friendly & take care all type of SLA’s.
>> Handling all routing, switching, F5, WAN & firewall related issues/ incidents as well as all such change requests.
>> Creating install plan for all non-approved changes, and presenting in CAB meeting for approvals from stake holders and appropriate application/ business owners.
>> Preparing AOT (Outage report) for all network related outages which are happened in a day and presenting in to our daily operations meeting with customer.

>> Coordinate with local IT team/ DCO for all hardware/ IOS/TMOS upgrades, cabling & all physical layer changes.

• Managing and recertified Firewall rules, with respect to the organizations policies.
• Working with vendors to analyze unexpected behavior of network devices, and to resolve complex cases.
