Implement training plans for current employees and new hires to ensure employee development and motivation. -Training & Development
•Arrange BTP Session, Complete full training process and update employee training record and training plan in the system-within 1 month
•Arrange new comers company ID-within one month of the employment.
•Implement recruitment policies to ensure professional and qualified candidates are recruited. -Up to Group 3 level




•Handle the recruitment paper advertisement
•Maintain potential candidate’s data base.
•Handle employment process. - Fully responsible up to Group 03 level and partially responsible for group 2 level.
•Enhancing the communication between the Manager and the employees and ensure that all employees are informed of all info related to their job and rights.
•Maintain knowledge of the legal requirements and government regulations affecting Human Resources functions to ensure compliance with labor laws.
•Handle employee’s monthly incentive reports for the payments.
•Implement all personnel administration of employees -Fillings all related to HR & Training /create personal files with required documents by meeting the audit requirements/labor law requirements, update required data to HR system, .
•Prepare details for the salary reports for month end.-Data entry part of the manual attendance/special approvals/leave records.
•Handles the HR stocks such as Visiting cards, uniforms, rain coats, delivery bags etc.
•Arrange Ground operation’s uniforms in coordination with the purchasing department
•Handle head office requirements related to the local and international employee surveys- conduct the same/generate reports/analyze & summarize reports.
•Handle EPF and Central bank Re Registration process in monthly basis.
•Responsible for maintain required information for company outsource staff- Data in a database, related physical documents, uniforms, Recruitment process and end employment process.
•Implement all personnel administration of employees
