10) Maintenance of Steam room, Sauna, Steam boiler operations.
11) Knowing repairing of kitchen equipment, microwave& basic maintenance in laundry equipment.
12) Knowing pool & domestic water treatment, Dosing system calibration.
13) Washbasin tap cartridge changing, Water heater installation, shower installation, Tap fixing, Mixer adjustment etc.

•Provide the maintenance supervisor with planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules &
distribute the work in daily shift operation to team member.
•Analyze the plants, AHU with respect to the set point and setting up the various control parameters, hence control the utility.
•Perform daily auditing of plant performance by utilizing the facilities built on the building management system (BMS) e.g. data logging, plant review, alarm manager status, etc.
•Analyze reasons of failure of plants and provides specific diagnostic, problem analysis .
•Mailing to contactor, suppliers, other department in hotel, communication & co ordination to other department & water reading update in Dubai municipality site.
•Lead the Electrical project & inspection checklist.
•checklist making & printing, utility sheet preparing, checklist file updating, Project updating in EXCEL,
•Experience in Microsoft Excel. Microsoft word & AutoCAD.
•Acquired Basic in Mixer & DJ arrangement, AV system in hotel.

3) Maintenance and servicing of spilt A/C, walking chiller and freezer, undercounter chiller freezer and refrigerator, AHU, FCU. Gas charging in chiller freezer and refrigeration unit.
4) Building fire system.knowing smoke detector replacement, allocation .Efficiently respond to fire alarm and fault and clear the fault immeadiatly.knowing emergency procedure in fire drill.

Involved in Assembling and Testing of Research and development Project of power electronic equipment's .knowing SMD level soldering.

During these period involved in Maintenance / Monitoring of following,
a) MDB, SMDB Panels, MCC panel and their Loads.
b) Preventive maintenance of electrical system and their load.
c) Daily monitoring of power and water consumption and cost saving.
d) Successfully completed Energy audit work.
e) Maintenance & operation of all as built facility including Central Air Conditioner System, SPLIT, and DUCT type Air Conditioner, chiller, elevator, boiler, elevator, Fire fighting system, Generator etc
f) Distribute the work in daily shift operation to team member.

During these period include in testing, commissioning and servicing of Power Electronics Equipment like UPS, INVERTORS, FLOAT CUM BOOST CHARGER (FCBC), STATIC VOLTAGE STABILIZER, SERVO CONTROLLED STABILIZER, P.F CORRECTION PANELS, RECTIFIERS RECTIFORMERS etc

DSP based and Analog type UPS that power ranging from 5KVA to 200KVA.DSP based parallel UPS up to 160KVA
BATTERY CHARGERS up to 110V 375A, FLOAT CUM BOOST CHARGERS UPTO 110V 120A.
STATIC VOLTAGE STABILIZER and SERVO CONTROLLED VOLTAGE STABILIZER up to 60KVA.
RECTIFIERS and RECTIFORMERS upto500KW.
