• Look-after sales and business development with a focus to Middle East, North Africa region (Jordan, Algeria, Syria, KSA, Iraq, Yemen, Qatar, Morocco, Tunis and Egypt).
• To process inquires by phone, fax and email.
• Complete follow up from placing of customer’s orders up to shipment deliveries.
• Solve problems by liaising with other departments/staff and the customers.
• Processing of confirmed orders, by follow up from Accounts for LC’s or advance payments and ensuring the receipts of our goods at customer end/warehouse.
• Handling of products sampling, product development (Mould Units etc) & product packing and specifications including DMF of all items.
• Provides timely, accurate competitive pricing for each country to maximize profit margin.
• Assist in planning and development of sales promotions material.
• Preparing proposals, agreements, tenders, sales reports (Yearly, monthly, and daily) and presentations.
• Prepare the strategic marketing plan for each country and ensure efficient and effective implementation of marketing strategies through contacting the customer direct or appointing an agent or both.
• Prepare Annual Budgets, targets for all products and customer base.
• 75 % business is export oriented to international markets.
• Optimized customer’s confidence through close interaction and information.
• Responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and proforma invoices to customers as required.
• Monthly Production planning for 30 customers in more than 10 countries.
• Handling/coordinating approx AED 23 million Sales annually with our valuable customers.
• Attending the company related Exhibitions.
• Reporting to the Marketing Manager.
