• Establish and communicate safety rules and standards to all employees.
• Prepared technical logs and regularly shared updates with the all staff to ensure awareness of document statuses.
• Supported all staff in implementing institution management systems and provided assistance in managing institution scope.
• Assess the developing HSE plans comply with company policies & procedures as well as client requirements.
• Attend pre-job, planning and client meeting as required on HSE related matters.
• Conduct HSE trainings & orientation to all new employees.
• Investigate & complete the process for close out of all accidents investigation reports & submit lessons learned
