Key Deliverables:
• Managing Material master data of MRO items, including creating, extending, modifying, deleting, cleansing, and removing redundancy in the MDG/SAP ERP system as per industrial standards ASME, ASTM, API, ISO, TEMA, NFPA, and ANSI.
• Managing Creation and updating of BOM and linking them with associated Equipments both Rotating & Static i.e. Engines, Turbines, Compressors, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Columns, heaters etc.
• Managing creation, review and revision of Classes, Characteristics and their attributes in SAP.
• Managing Technical evaluations (TEs) & queries (TQs) of quotations related to purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (PO) of MRO items to ensure timely resolution. Close liaison with Procurement and Logistics team to expedite PR/PO for timely delivery of stock and analyze the stock out situations and propose solutions and implement.
• Managing replenishment of MRO spares through MRP, encompassing MRP execution at both plant and plant area levels. Maintaining MRP parameters of the MRO Spares across the company.
• MRP parameters reviews (ROP/Max stock/Safety stock/UOM) for MRO spares and changing their parameters where required to optimize the inventory.
• Assist the purchasing team in preparing long-term agreements (LTA and blanket purchase orders for MRO spares and consumable items to optimize inventory/purchasing cost.
• Reviewing Project/Drilling team demands and recommending stock availability in warehouse for upcoming wells / Projects.
• Conducting Inventory analysis i.e. ABC, FSN, Aging of stock, Obsolesce, Expire, Excess etc to maintain inventories at optimum levels.
• Write-of of expired, dead, obsolete, surplus, missing, and damaged inventories in accordance with financial procedures.
• Managing Monthly KPI reports & Audits of Inventory Management, Close out of action items of Audits and record keeping.
• Close liaison with Operation, Maintenance, procurement, warehouse, finance teams and other stakeholders for timely completion of tasks.
• Compliance to all HSSE standards and procedures.
• Managed MRO ordering of spare parts through MRP.
• Managed Analysis of Excess MRP PRs for cost avoidance.
• Managed overage, shortage, and damaged (OSDR) of spare parts received against POs.
• Managed MRP parameters, including criticality w.r.to equipment or BOM, lead time, unit value, and movement type.
• Managed inventory cycle count activities in accordance with procedure and fixing of anomalies to match 100% physical vs. system balances.
• Conducting inventory analysis and reports i.e. ABC, FSN, Excess, MRP parameters reviews (ROP/Max stock), Service level/ Materials availability. Assist the purchasing team in preparing long-term agreements (LTA), and blanket purchase orders.
• Managed write-off of expired, dead, obsolete, surplus, missing, and damaged inventories in accordance with financial procedures.
• Revised inventory procedures and innovative ways to maximize the team's performance.
• Developed and enhanced the SAP reports, to optimize inventory processes.
• Managed Audits of Inventory Management, Close out of action items of Audits and maintained record.
Key Deliverables:
• Managed material masters data activities in the Maximo and SAP ERP system as per industrial standards and associate MRO items with their respective Equipments and BOMs as per Standards. Periodic Review & revise BOMs of all Equipments i.e. Rotary & Static.
• Supervised replenishment of MRO items through MRP and PR/PO follow-ups for timely deliveries.
• Supervised 50K materials related to MRO, Projects and Drilling i.e. Receipt, Issuance, Transfer, return & storage of materials in accordance with Warehouse procedures and set KPIs.
• Supervised company Vehicle pools for their maintenance and materials movement location to location/Plant to Plant and from Vendors to Plants according to company policies and procedures.
• Supervised storage & Handling of Hazardous/Non-Hazardous Materials in Warehouse in accordance to procedures.
• Supervised Overage, Shortage & Damaged (OSDR) of Spare Parts received against POs.
• Conducted inventory analyses (ABC, FSN, Stock, MRP parameters review etc).
• Supervised Write-of of Expire, Dead, Obsolete, Surplus, Missing & Damaged inventories in accordance with financial procedures.
• Compliance to all HSSE standards and procedures.
• Supervised a team of 10 individuals, providing coaching and counselling, while also delegating daily tasks and overseeing their day-to-day activities.
• Includes scheduling and supervising the maintenance activities, planning the PMs, writing reports about the daily maintenance activities and checking the spare parts availability of the machines for PM and BDM.
• Learnt about the organization and management of the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
• Involved in the cataloguing and standardization processes to understand their importance in materials management. Gained experience in logistics management, understanding how materials are transported, stored, and delivered efficiently.
