Analyze and determine all standards for packaging lines and ensure compliance to all schedule for processes and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively.
Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates - Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
Responsible for production, devises weekly / monthly production schedules to meet production targets on time. Devises and implement the production flow charts, policies, procedures .
Liaison with all other departments, including sales, purchase, planning and quality department, Labor contractors
Manage and supervise manufacturing process and personal to ensure efficient and on time production in accordance with safety and quality standards
Supervise the team of Production people and manage the overall production and planning
Internal Aduiter certificate from SGS Pakistan Winner of Best Effort Award of year 2010. Winner of Best Achievement Award of year 2011.
