Handling complete end to end Procurement process as per Taaleem School requirements including RFQs from Suppliers, Contract & Tender Negotiations, Delivery of Products & Services as per LPOs,
Invoicing and Supplier payments as per standard approved purchase policies of the company.
Invite, assess & recommend Supplier tenders/quotations and Establish and Negotiate Contract Terms and Conditions for Annual Purchase Orders and maintain positive Supplier relationships.
Issue service receipts and process payments for Suppliers and reconcile Value discrepancies.
