Physical and chemical analysis of carbon anode core, calcined petroleum coke, pitch, consignment samples of Alumina, Alumina Fluoride by X-ray Fluorescence and phase analysis of alumina related samples by X-ray Diffraction.
To control all activities in lab, provide work schedule for chemist & technicians, monitor the incoming samples, analysis & reporting. Validation and updating the test procedures, prepare worksheets for different analysis. Maintain all data for chemical stock, MSDS, purchase of chemicals and glass wares. Maintain calibration records, standardization data for reagents, and client coordination for sample related queries and arrange for samplings at site and analysis. Record the Q.C and AQC checks standards for analysis. Maintain all safety related measures for safe work in lab and quality as per the In house standards.
Produced water analysis from gathering centres for complete water parameters as Oil in Water, TSS, Particle size, Turbidity cations by ICP-OES, Ion Chromatograph, Salt in Crude, H2S, Dissolved O2, Determination of LSI, Total hardness, alkalinity, Chloride, sulphate, Nitrate, Fluoride etc.
Perfomed trial batch samples to deterimine the dosage of different chemicals addition.
Chemical analysis of mineral samples and export consignment samples.Reporting to lab in- charge.Entry of results through comprehensive lab worksheets and data entry LIMS.
Analysis of Raw materials and Quality control inProduction
Q.C of inward raw materials, analysis and conducting analysis for export consignments with export inspection agency guidelines.
Analysis of raw materials (minerals), finished product.Set chemical composition for batches and conducting trials for new products in ceramics. Quality control of inward raw materials, online quality, create reports of non conformity, and apply correction.
Conduct inspection of products confirming to clients requirments and generate lab reports for assurance.
