1. Preparation time schedule, follow the production and erection dept. to make sure if the work progress on schedule to finish all work.
Preparation of time schedule for the new works.
o Preparation of contracts, quantity surveying, and making monthly or weekly invoices.
o Site engineer in several projects under supervision of STC.
o Manage the work site including submit of schedules, contract documents for sub-contractor, general drawings & shop
drawings.
o Assist with project closeout and prepare all document required.
Sales and marketing engineer. Tasks include:
o Preparation of quotations, contracts, quantity surveying, and making invoices, following existing company customers, finding new customers, representing the company at various engineering occasions.
Projects Coordinator. Tasks include:
o Assist Project Managers and Site Engineers with projects layout, monthly billings, cash flow projections, and requisition of equipments and material deliveries.
o Resolve field problems and conflicts; liaise with subcontractors, suppliers & workforce on field details.
o Manage document control including submittal schedules, contract documents, shop drawings, etc.
o Assist with project closeout.
