•Improved productivity KPI by 78% vs YAGO by making time motion studies for all tasks, and changing the layout of the warehouse to have process flow in an effective way which led to reducing the headcount by 57% vs the original headcount.
•Reduce middle mile fleet cost by 28% by working on applying new loading processes & design a new transportation schedule. This led to reducing the trips by 12 trips out of 42 trips and this reduced the cost by 28%.
•Leading same day delivery project by design the delivery network, create CPS and follow up with all stakeholders, manage the hyper care phase to ensure the project sustainability.
•Launch two pop-up warehouses successfully during COVID-19 period in two weeks to absorb the volume spike which increased by 35% ensuring that all operation activities are being done considering the social distancing between all employees.
