1- Talent Acquisition:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Create job descriptions, post job advertisements, and manage the candidate selection process.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals.
2- Performance Management:
• Develop and implement performance management programs to ensure employees are meeting their goals and objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
• Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Identify and address training and development needs to enhance employee performance.
3- Talent Development:
• Design and implement talent development initiatives, including training programs, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Identify high-potential employees and create career development plans to nurture their growth within the organization.
• Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans and provide coaching and mentoring support.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
4- Employee Engagement:
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and develop action plans to address areas of improvement.
• Promote employee recognition and rewards programs to motivate and retain top talent.
• Foster effective communication channels to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
5- HR Policies and Compliance:
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures related to talent management.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage & update JD’s, Organization structure & chart, Competencies, KRA’s, the appraisal cycle aligned with group timing & schedule.
- Maintains the performance appraisal records of all employees Plan, organize training plan for employees.
- Define Training needs and set the training plan for the whole organization Communicate & Update training providers.
- Design and draw organization Charts for all employees.
- Conduct job analysis for each required position, prepare job descriptions, and identify core competencies required for position.
- Handle the recruitment cycle from the request process till the final selection for the suitable candidate.
- Recruit candidates for both urgent& planned vacant positions basically relying on existing CVs bank besides placing job announcements on the websites & referrals.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, Referrals, Recruitment websites, etc.
- Screen (Entry, Senior& Managerial levels) candidate’s resumes and job applications.
- Headhunt and executive search for high positions which required from high or foreign.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations….etc).
- Administer all employees' declarations (new hiring, transfers, promotions, etc.)
- Organize employments fairs with various institutions.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
- Conduct employee on-boarding and help plan training & development.
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for).
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
- Update internal databases with new hire information
Key duties:
* Conduct regular follow up with the line managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation mainly
for blue collars and workers.
* Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.
* Execute pre-screening /or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & mid-level posts.
* Submit candidates' offers and follow up on software until placing.
* Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires …
* Update and deliver weekly metrics for assigned hires.
* Coordinate all HR (meetings, training, surveys… etc.).
