My main tasks are:
i. Managed 140 employees divided to 3 shifts (2 teams per shift) all the time-24/7 and developed a healthy and open communication culture.
ii. Delegating tasks to team members and set deadlines.
iii. Managing the day-to-day activities of the team and performance.
iv. Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
v. Communicate with teams about their performance and support them to get the needed training.
vi. Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
vii. Ensure all the devices are well maintained and are working properly.
viii. Make sure all the needed materials are available and in place.
ix. Provide feedback on employee and/or team performance to the Team Leader.
x. Manage team workload distribution and structure to ensure consistent good performance.
xi. Performs other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
My main tasks are:
i. Design and advice on creating database related to services.
ii. Develop technical reports and KPIs according to service.
iii. Presents and explain KPIs to people from different background.
iv. Contribute in planning new service and in expansion of current service - Situational Analysis.
v. Forecast data according to National Primary Health Care Strategy (Building the Foundation).
vi. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data on the services provided in timely manner.
vii. Maintains records and reports of current services and report them in timely manner.
viii. Creating reporting template.
ix. Leading questionnaires building, sampling methods, data design, data collection, analysis, reporting and presenting results.
x. Write new service proposal plan and/or expansion of a current service.
xi. Work closely with service heads and managers to achieve their goals.
xii. Apply different statistical techniques on qualitative and quantitative data using different software (Excel, SPSS, Minitab).
xiii. Liaise with different departments according to service needs (implementation of new service or expansion of current service).
My main tasks are:
i. Create and present indicators that support the Board of Executives in making decision (Financial and Non-Financial KPIs).
ii. Create new reports and perform data analysis to the management according to their needs.
iii. Collect, analyze, audit data and interpret results.
iv. Lean the process of reporting by creating new department database.
v. Supervise and contribute in reporting process of Daily, Monthly and Yearly reports in timely manner.
vi. Lead Six-Sigma Project to decrease the time of discharge Inpatients.
vii. Present and explain Monthly and Yearly reports and findings to Board of Executives.
viii. Support and give recommendations to the management and all hospital departments upon request (ex: Quality control, Infection control, questionnaires, sampling, etc…).
ix. Analyze and support physician in medical research.
x. Implement Statistics Consultant plans & recommendations such as the design of statistical reports in the Care-Ware, etc....
xi. Apply different statistical techniques on qualitative and quantitative data such as Descriptive Statistics, ANOVA, regression, etc…. using Excel, SPSS, Minitab & SAS software.
xii. Member of Dallah Hospital JCIA team.
xiii. Conduct Survey and contribute in the Strategy plan using forecasting
As I'm a member of the modeling team, my task was research studies in Saudi Stock Market. One of my
tasks was risk analysis in the Stock Market by applying different methods of portfolio risk management
to predict the time of any crash in Saudi Stock Market. In addition, I used to be the supporter for
Statistical and Mathematical methods in the company because all my colleagues were Computer
graduates. The analysis was carried out using Matlab software.
Projects worked on:
i. The daily closing prices of stocks were forecasted using Time Series Models (ARIMA & SARIMA).
ii. Risk management: Markowitz (mean-variance) and Value-at-Risk theories were applied.
iii. Estimating holding price of a stock (The stock price at which the speculators will sell their stocks).
iv. Investigate whether the returns of a stock is a mixture of normal distributions.
Data analysis, Statistical-laboratory (S-plus, R, and SAS), Multivariate data, Inference, Linear models, Medical Statistics, Time series, Design of experiment, Sampling, Bayesian inference and Generalized linear models. Dissertation Topic: Modeling Asset Prices and Exchange rates (Estimating Value at Risk (VAR) for a certain portfolio selection).
BSc in Mathematics Final Year Dissertation: Quantum Mechanics. Grade of Graduation: Excellent.
