Catering project manager for a remote site in the city of NEOM. The site fits for 10000 labor and management, we secured pre opening and provided daily full service for the residents.
For 2 brands (big chefs restaurants, Operation falafel)
Both are international franchises. I am Responsible for all quality matters in all branches in addition to being responsible for the training and development of all present and new staff.
I started as a restaurant supervisor, then promoted to restaurant manager for 2.5 years then now i am the training and QA/QC manager.
