●Successfully prepared and led the team to achieve the Integration Management System (IMS) comprising international standards for Occupational Health & Safety ISO 45001, Environment ISO 14001, and Quality ISO 9001 accreditations for the company from 2021,
●Safety Enhancement: Significantly reduced the Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) from 5.8 to 1.1 within 18 months. Outline
Responsible for leading the development, management, and implementation of the company’s overall safety and loss presentation (HSE) program at GSF for steel manufacturer plant and steel structure projects overall country.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, manage and review HSE manuals, procedures, and all health, safety, and environment-related documentation, including method of statements, work permit procedures, and safety equipment requisitions to ensure compliance with established standards and coordinate the update of all firms’ established policies to support HSE programs.
• Monitoring the day-to-day management of Health, Safety, and Environmental issues, participating in the follow-up and close-out of corrective actions that arise from operational activities, meetings, incidents, emergency exercises, inspections, or audits that take place within his area of responsibility.
• Assist the Project manager in the general supervision of the HSE program, provide a dedicated audit and inspection program, and monitor the implementation of the HSE program.
• Coordinate and directly participate, while appropriate, in the HSE Training activities on-site organize and participate in all relevant site HSE meetings, and prepare the relevant MOM Coordinate the PTW procedure.
• Keep accident records, identify the areas in which prevention must be addressed, and lead and coordinate the activities of the Site HSE Committee (composed of all Project HSE Representatives)
• Prepare and update the Site HSE Statistics, verify the performance versus the Project and corporate HSE, Objectives, Targets, and performance indicators, and propose a recovery plan in case of deficiencies.

• Achieved record 5 million man-hours without recordable or lost time injury LTI overall GSF construction (27 projects) and steel manufacturer (2 factories).
• Developed HSE programs that successfully reduced work-related illnesses and injuries.

In charge of construction project on Saltant Oman and Maintenance project on UAE and Egypt.

•Conduct daily safety inspection in site activities and prepare report.
•Identifying and reporting on unsafe equipment, working conditions and practices.
•Identify and measure potential safety hazards in the workplace.
•Performing H&S risk assessments for company projects and operations.
•Developing and implementing training courses as required.

In charge of installation and maintenance mobile towers with Vodafone EG.

•Conduct planned inspections of facilities, equipment, tools and materials including review of maintenance procedures and record documentation.
•General safety supervision of employees, Safety inspection of job sites, accident investigations, policy

•Interface with superintendents or supervisors to understand the type of activities that will take place on a daily basis.
• Investigate unsafe acts and situations and take measures to prevent recurrences.
