Prepare maintain process and transfer monthly payroll to the employees bank accounts apply.
Any deductions, addition if any issue the pay slips accordingly.
Update data on payroll system by registering newly hired & resigned employees.
Calculate and process the monthly overtime payments.
Calculate the end of service gratuity and final settlements for resigning employees.
Prepare all payroll related analytical reports.

Assist in the development of new procedures related to payroll operations.
Implement Merit Increases, Merit Bonus, Incentive Bonus, adjustments & Promotions according to Performance Appraisal ratings, as well as managers’ recommendations
according to the Approved pay policies.
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires.
Transfers, penalties, loans, benefits any other required reports.
Issue advised forms (pay-slips) for the company employees & sends it to employees
Implement guidelines, deadlines and procedures for the processing of payroll.
Calculate Salary and Overtime payments according to predefined formulas and templates.
Issue bank letters and other documents required by external parties to process personal requests for employees.
Work on reviewing, developing and implementing employees benefit Schemes
