Work Type and Responsibilities:

- Heating and cooling load Calculations with REVIT MEP and Energy + and trace 700 software
- And Hourly Analysis Program HVAC System Design Software | Carrier
- Provide Piping & Ducting Detail Specifications and Data Sheets.
- Set the PDMS Project up, PDMS Administration and Provide PDMS Model and Specification.
- Develop Plant layout and 3D design in PDMS, Extract Piping Drawings, MTO Reports, etc
- Design of internal air distribution system with air handling equipment,
- Necessary ducting with air terminals and chilled water pipe connections.
- AHU's/ CSU's/FCU's from terminal points.
- Plumbing design with REVIT MEP.
- Control some part of the project for clash detection in NAVISWORKS.
- Working closely with the project architect and design engineers.
- BIM specialist in MEP department
- BUILDING ENERGY MODELING with (Open studio software and Design-Builder)
- Responsible for job site
- Estimate changes in the scope of work, and responsible for warranty work
- Contact the owner to ensure customer satisfaction
- The main responsibility for technical requirements
- Responsible for a technical part in the preparation of tender
- Responsible for providing wrote project information
- Responsible for technical support and coordination with customers
- Control Mechanical department drawings
- Control plumbing department drawings
- Control energy modeling and LEED specification
