Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Attend meetings with Customers, prepare presentations and demos about technical solution, Coordination with multiple system installers and manufacturers for system integration, preparing project documents such as Technical Submittal, Method Statements, Operation & Maintenance manuals, RMA document etc.
• Pre-Sales: Review of Intercom system Project Tender documents, drawings, preparation of Quotations, Schematic drawings, compliance statements.
• Technical Support: Ensure the system installation is done as per the standard installation procedures, providing technical support for Intercom System configuration, providing trainings to contractor’s and End users.
Supervision of CCTV, Access Control System and ANPR projects:
• Coordinated Falcon eye ANPR system installation and configuration (ANPR cameras, Loop Detectors, Control Panel, ANPR software etc.)
• Conduct site visits to ensure scope of work caters for all the project requirements and the readiness of the site for project activities.
• Coordination with subcontractors to ensure work compliance meets quality standards.
• Site inspections with consultants and client for project handover.
• Commissioning and Site configuration of PSIM integrated security softwares such as Prowatch Security Management Suite, Winpak, Galaxy.
• Design, testing and commissioning of CCTV, Biometric and Time & Attendance System.
• Site coordination and supervision for installation of Home automation, Lighting control system and Intruder alarm system.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants and contractors to understand project timeline and execution plan.
• Project plan preparation, communication and coordination with stakeholders to verify and finalize the plan.
• Monitor project progress to ensure project scope, time, cost baselines are met while handling contract variations.
• Manage project budget, allocate material and labor resources.
• Attend site inspections, prepare and submit project completion documents and final handover.
