• Consolidation of Accounts of various divisions and finalization of Accounts.
• Coordination with Internal auditors.
• Prepare, examine, analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy and finalize the accounts.
• Handle complete books of accounts independently up to finalization including books transaction, cash, payroll and other related jobs.
• Responsible for all reconciliations on regular & monthly basis.
• Accounting Operating Procedures- doing all posting to the General Ledger completed on time and accurately.
• Coordinate with insurance companies on various policies regarding Vehicle & Medical Insurance.
• Good working knowledge of the functionalities of ERP.
• Preparation of payroll, WPS File and Salary site analysis.
• Preparation of Prepaid expenses, Depreciation schedule for Auditing purposes.
• Preparation of provision for Leave salary, Gratuity, etc.
