Position: Site Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal) and assist in preparation of Minutes Of Meetings.
• Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
• Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at site.
• Coordinates with all project related personnel (onshore and offshore) on day-today
progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
Documentation
• Maintains & assists PM with preparation of Weekly Project Update accurately and on Time.
• Maintains and updates a complete Submittal Log.
• Maintains and updates( RFI, WIR, NCR, CNCR).
• Generates subcontractor meeting agendas and minutes.
Subcontractor Management :
• Maintains open communication with subcontractors.
• Reviews subcontractor change order proposals for accuracy of quantities,
conformance with contract documents and subcontractor scope of work
Project Safety
• Actively assists project superintendent with enforcement of site safety Project Schedule.
• Distributes overall project schedule monthly (min.)
• Will take necessary actions to maintain or improve project schedule.
• Keeps current on weekly job site work activities
Teamwork
• Shows respect for duties of other team members.
• Supports and interacts with CM to perform as a cohesive team.
• Supports and interacts with Field Supervision to perform as a cohesive team.
• Participates in weekly subcontractor meetings
• Reviews project bulletins and identifies scope of work changes.
• Coordinates local city permit and utilities company requirements with CCI, related subcontractors
and owner requirements.
• Can identify quality issues in the field and communicate them accordingly Project Closeout.
• Performs pre-punch list walk thru with CM and Superintendent.
Qualifications/Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office
products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.

Contractual sum: 900 million $ Client: Emaar • Full in charge of all the finishing activities in gentle men club, Kandahar restaurant, spa and gym, from gypsum board wall and ceiling installation, wall paneling and covering (wooden, Acrylic and fabric), metal trims and cladding, special and metal paint, flooring like (marble, wooden flooring and vinyl) with high quality.
