Heading small and medium capex projects, managing a portfolio through a dedicated team, mostly professionals (in Oil and Gas industry with all associated infrastructure and building facilities). • Monitor portfolio AR and Invoicing to attain positive cash flow

Managing Fast track project for Power Factor Correction for installation of 119 nos. Capacitor Banks at Power Substations in Dammam Area. In addition to the Installation of new and/or modification of Power Substations in the Eastern Area with all associated infrastructure and building facilities. Key roles:
• Monitor the works and stakeholders to assure adherence to project objectives
• Track the progress of various stages of the project, evaluate deviations and implement corrective actions to meet project objectives
• Assess possible problems & hindrances that may delay the project and implement effective mitigation measures
• Ensure optimum utilization of resources to complete the project on time and within budgets
• Coordinate obtaining outages & shutdowns and work permits
• Participate and liaison with Contract Department for new tenders
