Job Description:
• Working within the projects department team that oversees the implementation of water and wastewater projects at Jeddah.
• Communication and coordination with contractors and consultants and supervising them.
• Review material approval requests and verifying that the suppliers are qualified by National Water Company.
• Reviewing the project schedule and verifying that it is identical for project contract.
• Review lists of equipment and manpower.
• Review safety and quality plans which provided by the contractor at beginning of the project and verifying that they are compatible with the requirements of National Water Company.
• Follow up execution of the project and ensure that performed works as per scope of work.
• Attendance periodic meetings with the contractor and consultant.
• Review weekly and monthly reports which provided by the contractor and consultant.
• Conducting field visits to work sites and follow-up work reality.
• Review contractor payments and verifying that bill of quantity is correct.
• Participation in the project hand over committee upon completion project works.
Job Description:
• Supervision and monitoring O&M contractor and ensure that actual performance as per O&M contract.
• Visiting job locations to approve new work orders and verifying execution previous work orders.
• Preparation preventive maintenance schedule and new task lists.
• Identification all functional locations and equipment which are located under water operations department at Makkah.
• The work with professional team to establish CMMS for the facilities.
• Adjustment stock level of spare parts and ensure that spare parts are available.
• Review and approve requests for quotations and material requests which are prepared by O&M contractor.
• Performing technical evaluation of spare parts quotations and verifying the specification.
• Performing final inspection of received material.
• Performing technical and financial evaluation for the bidders proposals as member of evaluation committee team of projects.
Project Title:
MAINTENANCE OF MARAFIQ INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES

Job Description:
• The work through SAP program, PM module.
• Conducting sites visits for initial assessment of work orders, ensures spare parts and resources are available for each maintenance job and monitor the work progress.
• Preparation job plans for major activities and reviews with respective supervisors (Operations and Maintenance).
• Assessment spare parts, materials, tools, support services and other resources required for the assigned area, such as pumping stations and Reverse Osmosis plants.
• Review and recommendation equipments spare parts, preparing equipment bills of material.
• Adjustment stock level of the spare parts and set the min and max stock limits.
• Performing the technical evaluation of quotations and verifying the specification.
• Preparation new SAP stock codes and update the description for old & non clear SAP stock codes, depending on manufacturer manuals.
• Performing the material receiving inspection.
• Knowledge of MARAFIQ Work Management Process.
• Knowledge of international standards such as ASME and ANSI.

Job Description:
• Performing the material receiving inspection.
• Verifying the calibration certificates of equipment and instrument devices prior to start the respective work.
• Review and apply Contract scope of work, Project Quality plan (PQP) and Quality Control Procedures.
• Review and apply approved welding procedures, qualification records and welding operator’s certificates.
• Familiarity with international standards & codes related to piping and welding.
• Familiar with codes such as the uniform plumbing or equivalent standards.

UPGRADE OF SANITARY WATER SYSTEM AT DHAHRAN BULK PLANT

Job Description:
As a Fabrication Mechanical Engineer /Assistant Inspection Engineer, the following are the major responsibilities:
• Supervision and Witnessed in- process fabrication stages for RTR and Carbon steel pipes.
• Performing and supervision on hydro-test of spools and fittings on the pipe lines.
• Preparation of MTO (Material Take Off).
• Performing RTR piping and fitting receiving inspection.
• Review of incoming material test certificates RTR Pipes, Nozzle pipes, flanges, elbows, steel structural shapes from approved material suppliers against actual material trace ability.
• Review of Two Week looks ahead construction schedule, Daily target and work accordingly.

• Preparation and modification of piping drawing as per international cods and SAUDI ARAMCO standards.

• Preparation of bill of material for RTR piping.
• Preparation of test packages like hydro testing.
- This is second summer training affiliated to the university.
- The training was at the Sport City in Jeddah.
- The training included :
* The sanitary water treatment process.
* Types of pumps.
* Valve types and its classifications.
* Refrigeration and air conditioning system.
* Air compressors.
* Boilers and heat exchangers.
* Generators (diesel generators).
* Fire alarm system and security system.
- This is first summer training affiliated to the university.
- Place of training is plant for potable water treatment.
- The training included :
* The potable water treatment process.
* Filter types in RO plant.
* Reverse osmosis system (RO).
* Ozone gas generator.
