Led and directed the HR function of IKEA by delivering comprehensive HR service to the business, proactively advised on best practices and ensured the full alignment of the HR function with the local regulations in Saudi Arabia such as the labour law and GOSI. Managed areas including employee personal matters, compensation and benefits, recruitment, professional growth, communications and performance management.
