As a distributor for LG electronics and home appliances, I managed to expand network and bring 120 million contracts, minimize accounts recievable and develop the team.
As VP, Alhamrani Intertrade Co.: I strengthened the principal relationship with Tata Co. and developed a comprehensive plan for boosting the losing business into profitability.
As VP, AS& CC: Service business obstacles were tackled and parts business was analysed for the reasons of losses. When I left the company both businesses were profitable. Also, Customer Care Center was established in the form of Call Center with a plan to bring a full CRM system.
I had the opportunity to serve as head of many divisions; Regional GM Financing, GM Marketing Special Projects, Central (Wholesale) Sales GM, Training & Development SGM; be a member of many strategic committees; TQM Deployment Taskforce, Contact (Vehicle Pricing) Team, Manpower Localization, Dealer Development Program, Business Development; participated in mant occasional committees.
Basically an HR role to take care of faculty employment, evaluations, promotions, sabbatical, vacations and documentation throughout the university.
I started my career with KFUPM as a clerk in the H.E. Rectors Office. After a loan of services to Riyadh Bank for a year, I joined Faculty Affairs Department.
My experience at KFUPM was the milestone for my career steps. I developed a passion for learning, rapur and relationship building, objective achievement orientedness and team spirit.
