my position was as a controller (observer) in the operation system to check all the credit cards transactions that have made abroad, then check/ study the transaction very well to make the right decision so as the system always shows the high risk priority then stop the card and call the customer to make sure the transaction was right. Then, apologize for an inconvenient call if it was right but lf it wasn't right, l keep the card on hold in order to damage it and issue a new one. After that, l try to get the details from the customer then ask for copy of a valid passport to return all the stolen amount to the new credit card.
