Direct all commercial and contractual activities relating to business operations, and coordinate communication regarding operational matters through the creation and distribution of company documents to the off-taker, O&M Company, and third parties. Develop a long-term business model and strategic plan in conjunction with senior management and determine KPIs to measure monthly and annual performance against targets. Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained. Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract management and claims management policies, procedures, and activities that promote contractual compliance and prevention of claims. In this position, I ensure profitable new and existing business development to drive sustainable revenue growth. I coordinate government licensing requirements such as civil defense, municipal, MLSD, COC, GOSI, ECRA, GAZAT, and GAMEP to boost business credibility. I formulate regular reports delineating ongoing bid processes and payments. To protect the business legally, I compile and ensure the safeguarding of legal documentation including proxy, attestation, power of attorney, corporate resolutions, and project asset reports. I conduct effective negotiations with banks to secure favorable rates, contractual agreements, and the receipt of bid and performance reports. I also enforce adherence to regulatory compliance by preparing corporate paperwork and know-your-customer surveys. In addition, I examine invoices to ensure compliance with contract terms.
