Managing the company business in the region
To lead the company with full authority to manage the day-to-day affairs of the Company, and the implementation of the decisions and resolutions of the shareholders and board of directors.
*To set and manage strategies and objectives of the company to achieve company’s goals.
*To implement approved procedure according to board directions which includes: organization structure, authority matrix, EHS and operations policies, Finance & accounting policy, etc...
*To identify board’s need for reporting on a timely basis
*To ensure that the company is financially and operationally sound.
*To ensure effective external and internal communication.
