Business and Strategy Alignment
Contribute to business priorities by defining an appropriate HR strategy, collaborating with leaders to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, leadership behaviors, structures, and processes.
Culture and Engagement
Review and benchmark effective channels of communication for the employee group, supporting leaders to improve communication with their people. Facilitate discussions to identify where the employee experience and our value proposition are not aligned and recommend solutions or programmers to promote change improvements. Oversee completion of key administrative HR processes (e.g., staff contracts, holidays, general work permit issues payroll, benefits, relocation management, terminations etc.) to ensure effectiveness and accuracy in implementation and execution.
Ensure optimal use of HR database across the organization and the production of HR reports on key HR KPIs and statistics.

Doing the manual process for vacation leaves on the vacation request. Issue the Payroll sheet to the Finance by; reviewing the employees' Monthly Attendance,
Deducting the absenteeism, and penalties from their salaries, preparing the resignation with calculating the Final Settlement to be approved by the Managing.
Covering the following: staffing, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, compliance, international and other administrative functions providing support to line management regarding the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
Assist in addressing company training needs including training needs assessment
Assisting in coaching and counseling management regarding resolution of sensitive employee-related matters
Responsible for expatriate administration, orientation, mobilization activities, and special projects Responsible for the NEO (New Employee Orientation) local and global presentation
