Tasweegar is a leading real estate co. in Saudi, with a turnover 500 M. Saudi Riyals. My role was to leading the company in terms of planning, implementing the plans, and organizing. Building the organization in terms of staff and facilities within the strategy and the allowable resources. Work on improving the profitability, quality and value of assets, and reduce the bad debits. Representing the company in-front of government bodies and external organizations. Business wise, generated investment ideas and opportunities. And in general protect the interests of the company and its owners.
My achievements were : Transformed the company from private owned to closed stock company. Improved profits 300% in eight years. Improved assets 20%, and reduce bad debits. Improved corporate image and reputation. Solved most of the bending issues with other business partners. Created new business relations with other investors. Build cumulative experience inside the company in real estate, construction, and real estate evaluation.
Dar Alarkan Real Estate Co. is a leading real estate company in Saudi Arabia. I was the Deputy General Manager, but acting on behalf of the GM. I was incharged of all the projects either under design or under construction. All other supporting departments were reporting to me. The number of the staff I was managing was more than 50.
Al Saif Motors was the sole agent for Jaguar and Landrover cars in Saudi Arabia. I worked with them for 2 years as a general manger. It was nice to change the career sector form construction and building material to automotive. What I think that I achieved is the improvement in after sales and maintenance.
Sidc Ceramic Factory is located in Yanbu city in Saudi Arabia. It manufacture sanitary ware and acrylic bathtubs. My role in the company was to open new branches in Riyadh and Dammam, and to operate them. I introduced the products to these new markets. My major achievement was penetrating the market with the products by making them available with more than 80 distributors, and approved by many government projects.
I tried to have my own architectural and engineering office. The office ran for eight months only, and it did not go well. So, I decided to close it.
Saudi Ceramic Co. is a Saudi public stock company. It manufactures ceramic and porcelain tiles, sanitary wares, and electrical water heaters. I worked with them for more than five years as project sales and export manager. My role was to sell the products to the projects sector, government and private. Also, to open markets for export. I was a member in many committees inside and outside the company such as: marketing comm., sales comm., purchasing comm., product development comm., and SASO committee for ceramic tiles standard. My achievement was, got the product approved for most of the government projects. Introduced the products to the private sector projects, wrote the Saudi Standard for Ceramic Tiles, and created new products.
Ministry of Public Works was the official design and consulting office of the government of Saudi Arabia. I joined the ministry immediately after graduation as a junior engineer. I worked for two years in site supervision at Jeddah Branch. I was promoted and transferred to Riyadh as Projects Manager. My role was to run the design office and manage the design in all stages by working with architects and engineers. and represent the design department outside the ministry.
My grade of the dissertation was High Distinction
