- Design the training program for the technical level to prepare them to be leader in same field & fill the gap on the succession plan, such as technician & clerk
- Make the HR Strategy with upper management in order to develop the talents skills and assign them on the proper program that fit their qualification
- HR system analyst working for Saudi Aramco. coordinating and facilitating HR system demand, play an advisory role to Hr system related to concerns and empowering the business with relvent HR data reports.

- Handle the SDP program, ADP, STTA, CH8, CDPNE and JV assignment in R&DC Department ( Part of Career Development ).
