Overseeing all issues pertaining to strategic planning, development and implementation as well as operational activities for Compensation and Benefits, Manpower planning, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Emiratization, Administrative Affairs, Government Relations, and Facility Management. Setting up and implementing HR strategy, KPIs, BSC objectives and Corporate Excellence in addition to HR Governance.
