Drive pre-sales efforts and strategic internal initiatives as needed in ARAMCO with the knowledge of current environment and existing network by attending problem and change management meetings, perform technical presentations to the customer with the most up-to-date technology tips and prospects.
Provide pre-sales and post sales technical support to the sales team through requirements gathering, proposal development, helping them to prepare designs and provide high level technical design, scope of work documents and delivery of technical presentations.
Helping prepare strong technical write-up documents such as proposals, product specifications, RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, Visio diagrams, and hardware/software requirements (also known as Bill of Materials), estimation of labor hours for professional services.
Participate in regular meetings and conference calls with the client and sales staff to help qualify opportunities, recommend technical solutions and demonstrating Pilot tests for the customers
Attend meetings with potential customers to map business needs to align with technologies that can be implemented by the team.
