Organizes controls and provides guidance to Engineering Services Section.
Acquire all correspondences and applicable engineering documents.
Maintains accurate status records of the incorporated Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives for all aircraft including engines, Auxiliary Power Units and components.
Resolves electrical and instrumentation issues.
Prepares and maintains Airframe, Engines, APU, Landing Gear and components removal forecast.
Investigates aircraft incidents including unscheduled Engines removal.
Maintains records for Aircraft including Engines, APU, Landing Gear and components.
Maintains liaison with manufacturers and vendors related to technical matters.
Plan and support the incorporation of modifications on Airframe, Engines, APU,
Landing Gear and components.
Initiates and publishes Task Cards, Engineering Orders and other maintenance instructions and data.
Ensures a safe working environment for himself and the I&C Technicians whilst working on any equipment;
Leads the I&C Maintenance Technicians and ensures a high level of efficiency within the Team;
Ensures maintenance tasks are completed by the Technicians as per Work Orders generated;
Records and reports all rectification jobs undertaken to the Maintenance Manager;
Apply engineering knowledge and skills to review and update task list for equipment.
Plans for and ensures that maintenance on all I&C equipment is in accordance with OEM Manuals for the equipment;
Generates reports on equipment failure;
Discusses planned and unplanned jobs undertaken with the Maintenance Manager;
