• Design Management of new Terminal Building for international Airport capacity of 850, 000 ppa, as a Design-build Contractor, responsibilities included all submission from concept design up to hand-over the project to the Clint, including but not limited to the followings:
• Coordination with existing services
During my working in different department in the company, my main responsibility to control the technical issues related to MEP works during design, construction and maintenance stage. handing over the facility to the client. managing QA/QC team works related to maintenance under responsibility of outsource contractors
Reviewing and processing contractor shop drawings submittalls
Supervising the works on site
Close monitoring of the work program implementation on site, and following up of the progress of the works through regular progress and coordination meetings
Testing, commissioning and handing over the project including checking contractors as-built drawings and reviewing the operation and maintenance manuals.
Owner representative working on construction of 5 and 4 star hotels such as Intercontinental and Crown Plaza hotels in Jordan, manage the works at site in coordination with the operator's requirement, make sure about the quality of the works within the time frame.
