- Manages and updates all payroll-related HR documentation, reports, approvals, staff records, and policies through the HRIS system by following established.
- Provides counsel and guidance to managers and employees regarding company policies and procedures.
- Ensures that all terminations, investigations, and employee relations matters are handled with consistency and fairness and without discrimination.
- Manage and coordinate transactions with government agencies and ministries.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of all admin records and files. Create and maintain the admin database and filing system. Keep accurate and timely records of confidential and sensitive documents and reports.
- Ensure all governmental formalities regarding work permit, residency, Civil ID, health card, and social security is processed on time.
- Meets with Heads of Departments to review their recruitment needs, ensuring they are following their manpower budgets.
- Sets up interviews for all vacancies, with a selected interview panel, and provides feedback to the hiring manager and updates the candidate of the outcome.
- Build and maintain HR system ( Menaitech System ).
